- Rider meeting (17/01): 7:00 PM at Hotel Prince des Cimes
- Breakfast and accreditation (18/01): 7:00 AM at Woodbear Café
- Face check: 8:00 AM
- Competition: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Podiums: 3:00 PM, Arc 1950
